Q1. Where can I park near the hospital?
1. Hospital parking is available at the Wuchuan Parking Garage, Yude Parking Garage, Rehabilitation Building Parking Lot, and Eye, Ear, Nose and Throat Medical Center Building Parking Lot. Check real-time availability in the China Medical University Hospital app to choose a parking facility and reduce waiting time.
2. If hospital parking is full, nearby options include the Zhongzheng, Zhongshan Hall, and Wuyi parking lots, as well as on-street motorcycle parking. The hospital’s central location also offers convenient access to public transportation. Patients and visitors are encouraged to use public transportation or the hospital shuttle.
Q2. Where are the priority service counters, and who can use them?
Priority service is available at registration and payment counters, the pharmacy, and the Department of Laboratory Medicine for international patients, pregnant women, adults aged 85 and older, and people with disabilities.
These counters provide accessible service bells and reading glasses. Volunteers are available to offer guidance and priority assistance as needed.

Q3. How can I reduce my waiting time for an outpatient appointment?
Check the current queue status on the hospital website or in the China Medical University Hospital app. You can also enable queue notifications in the app to reduce unnecessary waiting.
• Hospital website: Home > Medical Services > Registration Services > Consultation Progress
• China Medical University Hospital app: Medical Services Home > Progress Inquiry

Q4. Who should I contact if an area of the hospital needs cleaning?
Cleaning staff work throughout the hospital’s public areas. If an area needs cleaning, notify a nearby staff member so it can be addressed promptly.
You can also ask information desk staff or hospital volunteers to contact the cleaning team.
